Arlom Kenya Safaris Terms and
A deposit of 30 - 50% of total cost of tour is
required at the time of booking to enable us secure
reservation and balance payable at least 30 days before
the tour begins or can be paid even upon arrival.
Any cancellation notice up to 7 days prior to
departure of tour arrangements the payment will be
refunded less a nominal charge. Cancellation less than 7
days will attract varying charges up to a maximum of 50%
of the total cost.
Cancellation by “Arlom Kenya Safaris"
Any cancellation done by Arlom Kenya Safaris, the client
will be given a full refund of total cost of tour or
alternative services of comparable standards .
Most of the accommodation booked is based on double
or single occupancy. Single occupancy can not always be
guaranteed due to limited space. In case accommodation
fails to provide single occupancy despite payment of
supplement, the applicable amount is refundable.
Accommodation on safari range from modern hotels, lodges
and tented camps, resorts, villas and normal campsites.
Most of them have private baths, swimming pools,
restaurant and bars.
All itineraries provided are strictly adhered to but
we reserve the right to make alterations due to bad
weather such as heavy rains, road constructions, high
season congestion and any other natural calamity that
may cause delay such as weather conditions, road blocks
etc. will not be the liability of Arlom Kenya Safaris.
We strongly recommend our clients to protect themselves
with a short-term traveler's insurance policy to cover
baggage loss, health, accident, medical emergencies and
unexpected trip cancellation. We also recommend our
clients to take flying Doctors emergency evacuation
cover available in our offices.
"Arlom Kenya Safaris" and its business partners act
only as agents of the client in all matters relating to
transportation, transfers, accommodation, sightseeing,
excursions, tours and safaris. The company cannot accept
any responsibility for default whether negligent or
otherwise on the part of any of the services or
accommodation with which the booking is made or which
clients arrange themselves, nor it is not liable for
clients additional expenses occasioned by their delay,
alterations of travel services, sickness, injuries or as
a result of weather, civil disturbance whatsoever
interfering with, interrupting, altering or adding to
the cost of services, excursions or tours applied for
The company's liability to passengers carried in
vehicles as used for transfers, excursions and tours is
governed by the laws of Kenya, Zanzibar and Tanzania all
claims are subject only to the courts of the nations
The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors
and in the event to such exercise of such right the
terms of above clause relating to the Company's
liability shall apply.
Whilst every care is taken the Company shall not be
responsible for loss or damage to personal property and
it is advisable to arrange relevant insurance.
Please keep your valuables with you at all times or
use the Safety deposit facilities available at most
accommodations at minimal charges.
A piece of baggage including the hand luggage per
person is recommended while on safari as most of the
tour buses/aircraft have limited space. It is advisable
to leave any excess baggage behind with us or your base
hotel or lodge until the end of your tour. We provide
free transport of excess baggage to your base hotel
before departing on safari.
Included in all our prices: transportation i.e.
vehicle and driver /guide, sightseeing as indicated in
itineraries, park fees, accommodation based on bed and
breakfast, half board, full board as requested and any
other government taxes.
Not included in all our prices: cost of passport, visa,
health documents, tips and gratuities, laundry, drinks
and beverages and any other items of personal nature.
